Coral and turquoise are made for each other. They are the most beautiful wedding colour duo I have seen for some time and their colours can be draped over flowers to wedding cakes, dresses to invitations.
There are so many different hues of coral and turquoise, which makes this the perfect colour inspiration for adapting to the seasonal pull of your wedding day. It’s bright and bold for a summer wedding, but deepen the shades a bit and it would look wonderful for a winter wedding, too.
One of the biggest advantages for this colour theme is the flowers. Coral flowers have to be one of the most alluring around; their colours – be it almost deep orange or light coral with yellow – will make any wedding shimmer. Keep costs down by having a group of turquoise vases and jars in the centre of the tables with one bloom per jar, rather than a full flower display. Mix up the blooms – roses, peonies, ranunculus and more – and the jars for a non-uniformed effect.
Invitations are another element of this colour scheme that you can really get creative with. Whether you’re looking for a floral theme, geometric or quite simple and traditional, coral and turquoise combined with a few secondary shades will create really gorgeous cards.
