Gypsophila is such a wedding staple. It is delicate and traditional, yet whimsical, all wrapped up in one. It is a lot more cost effective than other flowers and yet a little more 'occasion' than all foliage. It's a like it, love it, wouldn't have known what you'd have done without it sort of wedding flower.
